Our office hours:

• Monday 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Tuesday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Wednesday 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
• Thursday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Friday 7 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Your well-being and safety are our top priorities. All staff and doctors are screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and temperatures are taken daily, and we will be wearing masks, and appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment). We sanitize all surfaces in between patient interactions and practice social distancing.

We require all patients to wear a facial covering or mask in accordance with CDC recommendations.  All patients will be screened at the door for COVID-19 symptoms and temperatures taken with a touchless thermometer.  Once screened, we will have you go immediately into an exam room.  No waiting in the waiting room.  If a patient room is not available, we will have you wait in your vehicle.

We will ask you to reschedule if you have a fever, cough, flu-like symptoms or if you have been with someone with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.

If possible, please come alone unless you need assistance.  If you are running late, please call our office ahead of time to let us know. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us the courtesy of a phone call so another patient may have that time slot.
