Dr. Julie A. Byrd is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over two decades of expertise in general dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and laser procedures. She has been certified in Botox and filler injections since 2004 and has the utmost passion for cosmetic injectables. Dr. Julie puts her patients at ease through enhancing their natural beauty with her meticulous attention to detail.
She earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Notre Dame and her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Byrd completed her internship and residency at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
An accomplished scholar, Dr. Byrd has published numerous articles and has been a speaker at both national and international conferences. She is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and actively participates in numerous professional organizations, including the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, the Michigan State Medical Society, the Michigan Dermatology Society, the Women’s Dermatologic Society, and the American Medical Association.
Dr. Byrd is also a staff member at Corewell Health and Ascension Hospital.
Dr. David Byrd is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with Fellowship training in Laser Surgery, and Cosmetic Dermatology and Mohs Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. A leader within in the industry, Dr. Byrd has been instrumental in introducing hyaluronic fillers to the U.S., as well as training other physicians in their use within the industry. He has extensive expertise in Botox and injectable fillers. His primary focus with his cosmetic practice is on procedures and products with consistently proven results. Deanna Geisler is a certified physician’s assistant that has been practicing in dermatology for over 32 years. She graduated from Western Michigan University as a Physician’s Assistant with a Bachelor Degree, and has since been specializing in every aspect of dermatology.
Well-practiced in every aspect of dermatology, she is an astute diagnostician in skin disorders and is well versed in prescribing specialized treatment plans, including medications and surgical procedures. She is also a renowned cosmetic facial aesthetics specialist, and has a large and diverse patient base that includes celebrities, national on-camera broadcast media talent, and models. She has lectured, published, and has been an instructor on the subject of cosmetic injections.
Deanna is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Michigan Dermatology of Physician Assistants. She regularly attends conferences of the American Academy of Dermatology, and is well read on the latest developments in the area of dermatology.
Alexandra is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Detroit Mercy. In 2020, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Spring Arbor University.
She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners, and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association.
Alexandra is passionate about helping patients feel confident in their skin and achieve their long-term skincare goals. Her clinical interests include the treatment of acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, and warts. She takes pride in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and believes in empowering patients through education and collaboration.
Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, reading, and sharing quality time with her husband and two children.
